You will have videos of your lifts that Chelsea will review with you frame by frame to maximize performance and reduce the risk of injury. This membership also includes nutrition programming and is done through the "TrueCoach" software. You will be able to automatically track your workouts and nutrition from your phone. You will check in with Chelsea at the end of each month.
